Centauro r800 Resaw

The Centauro r800 resaw is a robust bandsaw featuring a wide blade, specifically engineered and constructed to accommodate a mechanical workpiece feeding unit.

Dimensioned to withstand the high power of the main motor and high cutting rate, and can accept sawblades of 80 mm width. The sturdy frame is constructed from electric-welded sheet steel, ensuring durability and the thick cast-iron disc flywheels are designed for optimal efficiency and operate on dustproof ball bearings for complete protection. The lower flywheel features a significantly reinforced outer band, enhancing inertia while minimizing strain on the sawblade during startup and braking. To promote smoother operation, the contact surface with the blade is ground and meticulously balanced.
