“Nesting” copying devices
For machining panels already processed with “nesting” working cycle. A vertical copying device with 3 rotating contact points is mounted on the upper unit of the
trimming/chamfering/edge scraping units in place of the copying discs supplied as standard.

For the retrofitting of the following working units:
– AAR anti-adhesive unit
– spay-mist device for edge finishing
– spray-mist device for delicate edges
– RC-N glue scraping unit
– SP-V brushing unit
– ID3000 edge brightening unit.
RC-N” glue scraping unit
It eliminates any excess of glue in the joint between panel and edge. It is also possible the removal of small edge exceeding (0,1 mm for 1 mm edges).
Suitable for machining panels coming from nesting cycle.
“SP-V” brushing unit
With two independent motors for the cleaning/polishing of the edge.
