“Nesting” copying device for trimming-chamfering unit
To work panels already processed with “nesting” working cycle. A vertical copying device with 3 rotating contact points is mounted on the top of the trimming-chamfering unit in place of the standard copying disc.

“Nesting” copying device for the edge scraping unit
To work panels already processed with “nesting” working cycle. A vertical copying device with 3 rotating contact points is mounted on the upper unit of the edge scraping unit in place of the standard copying disc.

For the retrofitting of the following working units:
– AAR anti-adhesive unit
– spay-mist device for edge finishing
– spray-mist device for delicate edges
– RC-N glue scraping unit
– SP-M brushing unit.

RC-N” glue scraping unit
It eliminates any excess of glue in the joint between panel and edge. It is also possible the removal of small edge exceeding (0,1 mm for 1 mm edges).
Suitable for machining panels coming from nesting cycle.

“SP-M” brushing unit
With two independent motors for the cleaning/polishing of the edge.

Differentiated machining between bottom and top panel side
To carry out two different machining between the top side (ex. chamfering with radius) and the bottom side (ex. trimming only) of the panel, performed with both the trimming – chamfering unit and the edge scraping unit.
