SCM Minimax me25 Edgebander
The SCM Minimax me25 Edgebander is an automatic machine with glue pot to edge band, with great flexibility, melaminic edges, PVC and ABS up to 3 mm and wooden strips up to 5 mm. Machine for professional craftsmen and joineries.
Maximum versatility: gluing, end cutting with blade and trimming, together with the possibility to equip the machine with scraping and brushing units. Semplicity and precision: automatic positioning of all operating units synchronised with presser lifting and based on the panel thickness. High-precision panel feed on a high-adherence belt with a top presser fitted with rubber wheels. Easy-to-use in all working conditions with the control panel on the machine front side.

The very best finishing of the panel edge is also guaranteed by the panel conveying track (exclusive solution), which prevents the panel having the feed affected by the typical pulses generatedby the pinion of a traditional feed track and ensures a smooth and linear panel movement.

Simple and intuitive

Perfect radius on pvc/abs edges
High finishing quality of plastic material edges thanks to the radius knives that ensure the complete elimination of any marks left from the rimming unit tools, all equipped with fronte and vertical copiers and a user-friendly device for exclusion of the unit when it is not in use.
