EXCLUSIVE PRECISION WITH THE SCM MULTI-FUNCTION WORKTABLE
The SCM aluminum multi-function worktable ensures precision and reliability. Characterized by lasting perfect planarity, it does not deform despite changes in ambient factors such as temperature and humidity.
For maximum precision, the worktable is worked directly in the cnc machining centre. The integrated vacuum system uses sized channels for high airflow, ensuring optimal direct locking of the panel even in complex situations: small pieces, materials with reduced transpiration, overlapping panels etc.

GREAT PRODUCTIVITY THANKS TO THE 5-AXIS MACHINING HEAD
3-, 4-, 5-Axis machining head equipped with the SCM electrospindle with high power (up to 12 kW) and high speed (up to 24000 rpm), enabling flexible manufacturing at higher levels. The compact design of the machining head makes possible to exploit the entire work area.

LOWER PRODUCTION COSTS THANKS A SOFTWARE EASY, INTUITIVE, EFFECTIVE
Mestro Nest software provides all the functions necessary to manage the “Nesting” process: from a simple “rectangular” piece to the most varied and complex “free form” geometrical shapes. Tool path is optimized, in order to develop a “nesting project” ensuring high saving in machining time and reduction in material waste.
Maestro Nest includes Maestro Label for the management of a labelling station for the pieces in outfeed, making nesting machining even more advantageous.
