The wood purchased from joineries is crooked and/or raw, making indispensable the straightening and planing operations, therefore P.ONE machine processes it making a perfect board for the following steps of production.
Moreover, equipping the machine with suitable tools, makes it possible to accomplish profiling operations on 3 or 4 sides depending on the chosen model.
The P.ONE 23/5 model is equipped with an universal shaft which allows the woodworking on only one of the 4 sides, depending on the final product that the operation will obtain, thus making the machine extremely versatile in carrying out a wide range of processes.

The base and the entire body of the machine are internally made through our own CNC metalworking milling machines and the welding department.
Also part of the internal hardware of the machine is internally manufactured.
The use of a dedicated internal structure allows a meticulous attention to the design of the machine and puts it on the market at very competitive prices.
The P.ONE 23/4-5 has been designed to work wood of maximum 230×130 and each of its working shafts has its own independent motor.

The range of the vertical shafts is 40mm while the horizontal range of the superior shaft is 30mm.
